It is hard for a man to accept the fact that there are women with as much or more knowledge in construction than them. I have owned and operated a site development company for the past eight years. I can operate heavy equipment, lay pipe, and run a professional business with the best of them. A lot of women settle for the status quo. They don't mind answering the phone and taking notes. Then there are those that don't believe in the status quo. We go for it all.

So look out men! If you can't run with the big girls, stay on the porch!
