Spas and restaurants abound as this neighborhood is only 1 mile south of the airport and is convenient to everyone. The other excellent benefit of this Puerto Vallarta neighborhood is that there are properties of all kinds available from small bungalows for as little as $60,000 up to larger homes in the $1.5 million range and up.

    The north side of Banderas Bay is full of charming neighborhoods and a variety of wonderful homes, condos and even build-able lots from which to choose. If you are looking to invest in Puerto Vallarta real estate, you should certainly explore these towns and neighborhoods to see which will suit your needs!
