After reading a news post listed near my business on Merchant Circle, I can only shake my head in wonder. According to the information hot on the blogs, a Comcast employee not only wandered into a house to do some work but managed to take a nap - and was filmed doing so. That video wound up on the 'net and generated a great deal of bad press for Comcast. It leaves me to wonder, however, what type of avenues this might open up for the small business owner.

I'd like to take you quickly through the text of the video (sorry to spoil it for you, you can still go and watch!):

Leading Change - Fatal Results When You Force Timelines
Every leader of organizational change has a timeline. The Big Kahuna wants it done by such and such a date and that date becomes the gospel. There is just no changing it. Let me take you on a trip and show you why that is often fatal, for the project, the organization and mostly the people involved.Go back with me to the summer of 1967. It was in the northern provinces of South Vietnam and I was a sniper team leader with the U.S. Marines. It was my

If only there were no questions involved in getting a job!If you've been following NBC's "The Apprentice," you know who Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth is. She's had the honor of being fired by Donald Trump (and others, according to "People" magazine).A while back, Omarosa claimed that one of the other contestants made a racial slur against her.According to website opinion polls, only 10% of viewers believed Omarosa's claim; 90% thought

Thanks Comcast for: Two broken routers, four hour appointment blocks, weeklong internet outages, long hold times, high prices, three missed appointments, promising to call back and then not calling, Thanks Comcast for everything."

Now, in the interest of honesty, I will confess that I have not had problems like this with Comcast. I have, however, had similar problems with BellSouth.
