    Newsletter as A Marketing Tool
Trying to think of a way to promote that new product or service that your company recently introduced? Why not try to use a promotional newsletter? Sure a lot of businesses already use it. But it is still a great marketing tool for that new product or service you want everyone to know. You just have to think of a new way on how to introduce that product to your prospective customers and loyal customers.A p
ecision to return to a positive frame of mind. If your negative mood is intense, this can be challenging. It is easiest to begin by thinking of anything or anyone that you find beautiful, that you love, that you trust, or for which you are grateful. Once you do, build on that and persevere until you are once again thinking and feeling confident, powerful, and successful.

    The SKINNY on Radio Advertising
From meager beginnings in 1920, radio has grown with us to be a major player in advertising. The radio industry says they get about 8 percent of all advertising bucks. Not bad when you consider the many ways to hawk your service or productThey get their fair share because radio works. With over twelve THOUSAND radio stations in the country, the music and news they broadcast is everywhere.Radi
Whether you have been running a home based business for 5 years, for 3 weeks, or if you are still searching for the right fit, you will succeed exactly in proportion to the degree of self-esteem & self-confidence you hold, and to your willingness to play nice with others.

As those of us with experience well know, there is a vast difference between working in an office environment with lots of other people around to offer stimulation and motivation, and working from home. The home environment offers many amenities - some would say too many – from the refrigerator, to the TV and stereo, to playing on the Internet, to going out the door for a walk break or to pick a few weeds in the garden. Staying motivated and focused is a primary challenge and is the major reason why this type of business is not for everyone.

If you really believe in yourself and your goals, you stand a much better chance of hanging in for the duration. You can be certain that delays, mishaps, human error, unfair decisions, rudeness and many other frustrations will come your way. Are you prepared to deal with them and to get on with it despite them? I think that it is Dolly Parton who said something like: “If you want the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, you might expect some rain.”

Don’t let anyone’s words or actions propel you into contraction, into tensing and contracting your energy fields for long.

It is interesting to me that we use the terms “present tense”, “past tense”, “future tense”. Why are we putting tension into our memories, dreams and ‘now’ moments? It would be better to use terms like “present expansion”, “past expansion”, “future expansion”.

All of us have negative programming up the ‘gazoo’. So it is not reasonable to come down on yourself when you go into anxiety, fear, anger, or negativity of any kind. The trick is to catch yourself doing it and to make a deliberate decision to return to a positive frame of mind. If your negative mood is intense, this can be challenging. It is easiest to begin by thinking of anything or anyone that you find beautiful, that you love, that you trust, or for which you are grateful. Getting Into Your Desired Job Position
When we look for a job, we wanted to be working in the field we specialize or plainly have an interest with so we can utilize our knowledge and talent. Some of us successfully got what they want while others looked for different fieldwork due to different circumstances. In these days, it is hard to look for a job. Employers look for an edge that makes you different from the rest. Moreover, the edge that emp

    Micro Business and Banking
Micro businesses with no employees, or between one and nine employees, accounted for 94.6% of all UK businesses in 2001, 29% of employment and 21.2% of turnover. Approximately 3.1 million people were self-employed in 2002, according to Social Trends 33, 2003. An additional 1.35 million people have some income, or losses, from self-employment. Self-employed men outnumber women by nearly three to one. The proport

Egos and the Workplace - a Question of Shortsightedness
How many times have you seen a promotion elevate a person’s sense of themselves far beyond what seems warranted? Or are you familiar with the individual who constantly finds fault with the efforts of others as an obvious device to showcase their own greatness? But greatness is not measured in being a big fish in a small pond. Greatness is being a big fish in a big pond, that pond being the entire world . Grea

Profit by Providing Home Based Child Care Services
How can you profit from the boom in child care services? Here are a few suggestions.1. Provide Child Care from Your HomeWould you like to provide child care services from your own home? If so, here is some advice obtained from an experienced child care provider:There may be laws in your area that limit the number of children (other than your own) that you can care for fro

It does not matter how often you “fall off the ‘positivity’ wagon”. What matters is how quickly you can climb back on. Most of us know that you can successfully ask/program yourself to awaken at a certain hour without an alarm clock. Similarly, you can ask/program yourself to know when you fall into negativity, to become a witness to it, to remind yourself that you can change your attitude and to begin the turn-around process.

Becoming a witness to our behavior is a very useful skill. It allows us to disengage emotionally and mentally and to become the observer as well as the participant. From this stance we can:

    Change fear into excitement
    Change anxiety into confidence
    Change aloneness into connection
Change separation consciousness into unity consciousness
    Change anger into acceptance
Change competition into ‘plenty for everyone’
    Change win/lose into win/win

Alter your attitude, transform your life.
Change your thinking, change your outcome.
