    I was fortunate enough to read a book by Jerry and Ester Hicks entitled "Ask and it is given." You couldn't find a better book on overall good customer service. Actually the book teaches you about the Law Of Attraction. If you haven't read it, please do so. You will learn a lot about a person you've been around all your life but probably know very little about. That person is the one you see in the mirror when you stand in front of it.
