Saving Money & Building Credit: Two Things You MUST Do in Your Financial Life
If you’ve just graduated this year and are out on your own for the first time, congratulations. If you’re not headed back to grad school, report cards and grades are behind you...but only sort of. Once you’re out of school, you’ll be ‘graded’ for the rest of your life—but this time the stakes can be much higher. How much money you have in the bank (and other investments) and how high your credit score is can determine which financial opportunities (like owning a house or buying a car) you’ll be able to do. Fail on these two counts and you’ll end up in the company of most people who have no savings, no home ownership, no luxuries, and no retirement to count on.But you’re in a terrific place right now for making all the best things happen: save money so you can afford the house or car, the luxuries, an

MLM Network Marketing Training - Are You Thinking Yourself Out of MLM Success?
After nearly 20 years in this MLM industry, I have seen a lot of things that for whatever reason, have helped people, and have stopped people. And there are those things that destroy people as well...Many of us have taught many tactics and strategies (many you will learn in the PassionFire Training Letter) to help people create success in their business, but I have found the weirdest thing happening: Many folks have great ideas about succeeding, but their thinking is taking them totally out of the game of Network Marketing. They engage the actions that are meant to create successful outcomes, but yet, get the same results as before. Why?Understand this: You work this business twice. First between your ears, then between your hours. And all that happens between your hours is n
From our deconstruction of hundreds of Hollywood blockbusters at www.managing-creativity.com/

The Hero's Journey is the template upon which the vast majority of successful stories and Hollywood blockbusters are based upon. In fact, ALL of the Hollywood movies we have deconstructed are based on this template.

Understanding this template is a priority for story or screenwriters.

    The Hero's Journey:

    a) Attempts to tap into unconscious expectations the audience has regarding what a story is and how it should be told.

    b) Gives the writer more structural elements than simply three or four acts, plot points, mid point and so on.

    c) Interpreted metaphorically, laterally and symbolically, allows an infinite number of varied stories to be created.

    Importance of Backlinks
Backlinks and Search Engine OptimizationThe importance of backlinks is often not fully appreciated by the website owners or webmasters. When making changes to your website for Search Engine Optimization for good ranking on the major search engine such as Google, Yahoo or MSN, there are different factors that you should look at.Website RankingIf you would like to obtain a good ranking on the search engines you will accept the importance of backlinks. The website content and the Meta tags must of course be in accordance with the appropriate keyword density percentages. The search engines through its bots and spiders then perform a mathematic formula and assign a numeric value to the site. The rank assigned t

    Immediate Annuities, A Good Deal?
I have been reading a lot about immediate annuities lately and I really have to address this question, are immediate annuities any good now a days? I will say this, they have their place. They are not what I would call the best vehicle for many people. These instruments have there place in a portfolio, but why would you want one in today’s world? An immediate annuity is great for people who want income for a specified number of years or for the rest of their life. The problem with an immediate annuity is the income is fixed, forever. There is absolutely no chance to keep up with inflation. These types of investments may make sense for a potion of your portfolio, but not a big portion.I read yesterday that some experts say 25 to 50% of your retirement savings should be invested in an immediate a

    Franchises Versus Licensed Business Opportunities
When it comes to business there is a whole lot of lingo out there that can be confusing. One example is that of a franchise or a licensed business opportunity. Anyone looking for business opportunities must understand what a franchise is and what a licensed business opportunity is. This brief overview will help you understand the differences.First of all, a franchise is simply a business model that has been proven to be effective. The franchisor who created this business model will then sell you the rights to use the business model as well as the services or goods that particular system sells. Once you pay your franchise fee you will become a franchisee and have a relationship with the franchisor to assist you with the system. A franchise agreement will be signed and this agreement outlines the assis
