    Why Outsource Jobs to Belarus
The traditional list of countries, to outsource jobs to, includes such countries as India, Russia, China, Philippines, Ireland, the Czech Republic, Belarus and some other countries. While choosing a certain country, to outsource jobs to, many Americans are guided by the advice of their friends and colleagues, or by the common belief that India is the best country for outsourcing. However, India is not the only option here. Better say, for the US companies India is not the best country for outsourcing processes. And here are the reasons why.First of all, USA and I

MLM & Network Marketing Branding - What Blogging Platform Should You Use
Blogging is simply putting your content on a different platform. It is not just a diary, a gimmick or cheap party trick. But blogging for your MLM or network marketing business, or just about ANY business for that matter?Though they certainly didn't start out that way, blogs are incredibly useful content management systems when set up properly. If you are marketing your MLM or network marketing business on the web and you don't have a blog, you will always be beaten down by your competition. You cannot get ahead by using the tools of Web 2.0 without a blog. Period. There are many things I never thought I’d see in my lifetimes, here’s a list of my top five.

    1). Self-Cleaning Windows
Glass that uses a combination of sunlight and rainwater to clean itself? Are we in Star Trek?

Apparently not. UK based company Pilkington have invented a self-cleaning glass, which contains a microscopic coating that use the energy from sunlight to break down any form of organic dirt – and then automatically spreads rainwater into an even film to clear the dirt away ‘with reduced streaking. Sceptics might challenge that in the company’s home market of Britain, sunlight is in much shorter supply than rainwater – while the reverse is true in hot countries. But apparently after a week to ‘energize’ (Star Trek again), the glass works equally well in cloudy conditions. And if it doesn’t rain enough – if such a thing can ever to be true – one splash from the hose will get the broken-down dirt off. Bad news for window cleaners, from the sound of things. But good news for everyone else.

    2). The Bugatti Veyron

A car that goes from 0-60 mph in 2.5 seconds, with a top speed of 253 mph – then runs out of fuel twelve minutes later. No, it’s not a Formula 1 car. You can buy it and drive on the road. And although it costs $1.2m dollars, that’s still only a fifth the amount it costs to build each one. The engineering is German

    George Soros
Today, as a 70% owner of $2.1 billion Quantum, the world's largest offshore investment fund, Soros and the other six managing directors split 15% of the annual profits. He spends most of his time in his home in England and helping fellow Hungarians and other Eastern Europeans reacquaint themselves with capitalism. To bankroll that effort, he created the Open Society Fund in 1979 and the Soros Foundation-Hungary in 1984. Known as "an alternate ministry of culture," the foundation helped establish a management training center in an old castle outside Budapest. Now there are foundati

    Myspace Backgrounds
Having a Myspace account is cool on its own but what is even better is the fact that you are able to personalize the account so it best suites you. Such accounts are great to have as a lot of people see it as a way to express themselves freely, but at the same time it is confidential. A Myspace is for anyone to have, if you have the time to create one then do so. But make sure you have the time because it is a hard decision choosing the Myspace background and layouts that you want. There are so many different Myspace backgrounds to choose from, there are pictures like flags, popular bra

Identity Theft - A Few Tips To Think About
When people think of identity theft, they usually think of having their purse or wallet stolen. The thief finds out all their personal info and uses it to expand his own wallet. Lest you think that it could never happen to you, think again! Being the victim of fraud is far more common that you think. There are actually several ways criminals can access your personal information. Some individuals can find your social security number and credit card numbers and passwords by breaking into online databases. Others go dumpster diving and find your important info in the trash - eit

Everything You Always Wanted to Know About a Home Equity Line Of Credit but Were Afraid to Ask
What is a home equity line of credit?A Home equity line of credit is a revolving line of credit secured by a real-estate asset. A Line of Credit can represent your whole home loan if at the time of application your property is unencumbered, or it may form a part of your overall mortgage. The interest rate on a Home Equity Loan and payments on such a facility must remain variable because the borrower is allowed to draw moneys out and pay moneys into the line of credit as often as they wish.A line of credit is like a credit card secured by your home or investment property. And although it costs $1.2m dollars, that’s still only a fifth the amount it costs to build each one. The engineering is German – it’s built by Volkswagen. The logic isn’t. That’s why it’s got an Italian name, the Bugatti Veyron. Why would any company do such a thing, least of all a company that started off making Beatles? Apparently it was because, not having a Formula 1 team, they needed another way to show off. And show off they have. Sixteen cylinders. Not one but four turbo chargers – one for each four cylinders. A thousand horsepower – the power of ten entry-level VW Golfs on only four wheels. Now all you need to do is be nice to someone who’s got one.

    3). MP3 Files
These you have already heard about. But given that most of us can remember marvelling at hearing our first CD, the invention of a system that lets you store thousands of CDs in your computer – and access any of them in an instant – is quite something. It’s not all good news. Having spent most of the twentieth century trying to achieve ‘High Fidelity’ – which culminated in the CD – sound quality takes a dive with the MP3, which clips away the high and low frequencies. And there is the phenomenon of not being able to listen to a
