    By having your to-do list made the night before which draws the most important tasks from your list, you will sleep better because you will know exactly what you are going to do in the morning and throughout the day. Do this everyday, make a reasonable list of the six MOST IMPORTANT things you NEED to do. If you get them done, work on another most important task.

    Last but not least, how many of the tasks you perform are repetitive types of work? Can you develop a system for them? For example, can a manual bookkeeping be improved by a computerized accounting system? Can you improve the way you travel from point a to b when you are going to the post office, picking up supplies, etc? It’s called bee lining your outside tasks so that one event naturally leads to the next in a way that is efficient, saves time and/or gas and reflects the highest and best use of your time?
