Samsung X820 – Slimmest of Them All
The Samsung X820 is supposedly have the “world’s thinnest profile” with a mere 6.9 mm thickness. Its slimness surpasses the main competitors – the Motorola RAZR family. The credit goes to the R&D team who came up with strong and durable plastic reinforced with glass fiber, which are used against metal casing by Motorola. Apart from

Why? because it's the House's job to uphold the Constitution. Reid knows this would make the Republicans look unfit to run the Congress.

    Diversity Is An Inside Job
There is nothing better than knowing the leadership of an organization values the people it hired. If the staff and employees are diverse, it makes the responsibilities of the leader even more important. An effective leader understands their success depends upon their ability to get all the moving parts of the organization working fo
When did they go on vacation and when can we have the old Senate I remember with a long history of top political intellectuals. Also, why does it take the news media almost 2 weeks to pick up on something as concrete as this. Sad truth is that I doubt have the Senators, media, and American public know what the problem was if it was staring at them in the face.

    What am I talking about?

I hate to annoy my readers by bringing up that horrendous Senate Immigration bill but this is just incredible. In the bill there was a movement for all illegals to have to pay back taxes to the IRS to become eligible for the temporary guest worker program. The problem with this is that the bill is making a movement to collect revenue or tax. It is unconstitutional for the Senate to write a bill that collects revenue; They must come from the House. This is the problem that Congress will face before the joint conference committee.

First take a look at this article that tells you how the leadership of both parties view this...

Most supporters believe this will kill the bill. Frist says the simple solution is to add it to a tax bill that has already passed the Senate. Reid of course says that he will not allow this because the concerns of Frist about the bill are "technical in nature." Now what he really is saying is that he knows that a "blue-slip" will be offered by a House member which will send the bill back to the Senate. Second Mortgages - Always Paying Money
A second mortgage is the second loan that a home owner has borrowed and secured against their home. The interest rate on the second loan is higher than for the first one as the lender compensates him self for the fact that the risk is higher for losing his money. The loan charges will be less as there is already a loan registered on your

How Homeowner Loans Can Help You Out When You Need Some Extra Money
Homeowners are at an advantage when it comes to getting a loan. A home is one of the best pieces of collateral available. Lenders prefer to deal with homeowners for many reasons. They also are more likely to approve a homeowner loan then any other loan. A homeowner loan could be a borrowers ticket to money that is much needed.A

China Diplomatic Policy Leaves Some Questions
It appears that China's diplomatic relations are moving forward with its neighbors however, there are some questions the need to be addressed. First of all we note that every time someone is a little upset with the U.S. on an ethics issue China moves in to establish diplomatic ties and replace our relationship with that country. When a n

The bill will most likely die which in my opinion is good. I thought the bill was horrible as mentioned in an early post. I think it will die because I believe that conservatives in the House and the majority leader are in touch with the American public. They cannot introduce a bill that is an shadow amnesty bill.

Another thing that bothers me about this recent discover is the fact that this was another action that flew under the radar of the media. Honestly, I think it was done intentionally to pass a stealth provision to the bill. Well it definitely worked for awhile. At least well enough to pass by the 100 Senators. Thank the lord the members in the House analyzed this bill and caught the problem before conference committee.

Check out Robert Novak's article on the provision.
