I realize this may bother some people and they do not wish to look at the psychology of sports and human sports competition, nevertheless I bring this subject up because it is quite fascinating. Did the Christian athlete who prayed to their God not believe they were worthy of winning or did they have guilt and did not believe they were up to it?
Did the Christian athlete have doubt? Why couldn't they win? After all if God is on their side giving them the strength to beat me then should they have beaten me? But they didn't and they couldn't and well, why is that? Interesting subject isn't it? Perhaps you might consider all this in 2006.
