Yahoo!-It -- Reach High Rankings with Your Website in Yahoo!
In terms of relevancy Yahoo! is the number one search engine, while Google leads the market in terms of popularity. The question is: could you optimize for both? It depends…Keyword OptimizationOne of the major differences between Yahoo! and Google is the keyword density tolerance. Google tolerates a maximum of 3% keyword density while Yahoo! around 5-6%. Now, the question is: are you going to ignore Google and start optimizing for Yahoo!?If you go over the 3% keyword density boundary Google might penalize your website, considering it keyword stuffed. Are you going to take that risk for higher rankings in Yahoo?! Certainly not. Then what could you do to “score” in both search engines?Use synonyms. The Yahoo! search algorithm is language based so it will recognize your words and reward your website for its variety. This way you’ll add a few more searchable keywords to your content and this might bring good results in Google too.Stemming works well in Yahoo! too. Stemming refers to word variations, including prefixes and suffixes. For example the stem forms for tattoo: tattoos, tattooing, tattooed, tattooer, etc. Google doesn’t consider stemming spam either, but you should be careful how many keyword variations you use. These two techniques will help you write your page copy in a more natural form and well-written content is valuable for your clients too. As a matter of fact the main purpose of your website is to rank well among your visitors. That’s why natural language is the best approach.Adding More ContentAdding content works for all search engines. It’s like a magic potion: Google, Yahoo, MSN fall in love with content-rich websites. But you’ll need to do this constantly. You’ll also need to refresh web content on regular-basis. Additionally, more pages mean more possibilities to be found be your target customers. When you add more pages don’t ignore website usability. Your visitors should be able to find their way through your website and not feel as walking thorough a virgin forest. This is why you need a site map, good internal linking, clear menu bars and a easy to use website navigation. Both Yahoo! and Google love fresh content so both love blogs. Adding a blog to your website will give the search engines a reason to come back and crawl your site more often. Yahoo! treats blogs even better than Google, so it shouldn’t surprise you when you see a blog placed higher in the Yahoo! SERP than in the Google SERP.

Quick recap: -A: Attractive -B: Boss & Business
My family always has a Christmas tree every year because it was the popular thing to do. We have ornaments, holly wreaths, presents and everything else that goes along with the Christmas celebration. I know it was borderline but in that everyone liked it so much and it's supposed to be in honor of our Lord's birthday I went along with it all these years. This year I have looked at the weight of Scriptural evidence that has caused me to reconsider how harmless and good this holiday is. Just where in The Bible does it tell us not to celebrate Christmas?

    Christmas Not a Bible Doctrine

In the first place, Christmas is not a Bible Doctrine. If our blessed Lord had wanted us to celebrate His birthday, He would have told us when to celebrate it and how to celebrate it. But Christ never told anyone to celebrate His birthday. Furthermore, we know from the Bible and from church history that the apostles and the early church never celebrated Christ's birthday.

The Bible is God's complete and final revelation to man, and it tells us everything we need to know for our spiritual lives (II Timothy 3:16). We don't have to go outside the Bible for anything. God's Word tells us how we're to worship, how we're to give money for the support of the Lord's work, how to evangelize the lost, how to observe the Lord's Supper and everything else pertaining to the Christian life. But not once in the Bible does God tell us to celebrate Christmas! We're told to remember the Lord's death, but nowhere are we told to celebrate His birth.

God's people are supposed to be Bible people. We are supposed to live by the teaching of the God's Holy Word. So the very fact that Christmas is never mentioned in the Bible is sufficient reason for us not to have anything to do with it. But that's not all.

Christ Not born on December 25

The second reason I not to celebrate Christmas is that Christ was not born on December 25th. Notice:

"And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night." Luke 2:8

Don't miss the point: the shepherds WERE IN THE FIELDS taking care of their flocks on the night Jesus Christ was born. As the shepherds were watching their sheep, the message came to them of the birth of Jesus Christ.

It's a well known fact that December falls in the middle of the rainy season in Palestine, and the sheep were kept in the fold at that time of the year. The shepherds always corralled their flocks from October to April. They brought their sheep from the mountainsides and the fields no later than October 15th to protect them from the cold, rainy seasons that followed that date. So the birth of Christ could not have taken place at the end of December.

Secondly, Luke 2:1,3 tells us that at the time of the birth of Jesus Christ it was decreed that, "all the world would be taxed...And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city." This couldn't have taken place in the winter. Caesar Augustus, the ruler of Rome, would certainly not call for such a taxing in the depth of winter. Travel at this time of the year is extremely difficult; hence, it would be virtually impossible for everyone to comply with the decree if it had been given then. The Lord Himself testified to the rigors of traveling in winter, for He told the people to pray that their flight at the end of this age would not be in winter (Matthew 24:20).

No one knows the exact day when Jesus Christ was born, but in all the probability He was born sometime during September. We can be reasonably sure of this because His earthly ministry lasted approximately 3 1/2 years, and He was crucified on the 14th day of the month of Nisan, which corresponds to our April (John 19:31, Leviticus 23:5). If we go back about 3 1/2 years to the time when Jesus Christ was 30 years old - when He began His public ministry - we come to the month of September. This was probably the month when our Lord was born into the world.

    Origin of Christmas

Thousands of years before Jesus Christ was born, heathens in every country observed December 25th as the birthday of a god who was called the sun-god. Semiramis, the widow of Nimrod, was his mother. She claimed to be the queen of heaven. And she had a son who was supposed to have been born on December 25th; his name was Tammuz.

According to all the heathen religions of that time, Tammuz had a miraculous birth; and for centuries his birthday was celebrated with feasts, revelry and drunken orgies. The heathen celebrated Tammuz birthday according to the very example he set for them. He was the world's greatest lover of women, strong drink, dirty jokes and other sensual fun. It is said that he loved everybody and that everybody loved him. And it was on December 25th that all the pagan religions celebrated the birthday of Tammuz, the son-god.

This is all clearly brought out in Alexander Hislop's great book, "The Two Babylon's". Any reputable encyclopedia will also verify these facts.

    Censorship in Online Article Writing
There is lots of censorship in online article writing although you may not realize it. Often if you are to post an article, someone may find fault with it as it does not fit their political views. There are many subjects that come to mind, which are often blocked such as; Gay, Lesbian and Homosexual critique, nuclear war against an enemy or issues with religions. What is unfortunate is that while online article websites purport fairness and ethics, they indeed practice political correctness and censorship. This could drive someone nuts, as on one hand you deal with “reporter without border” comments and articles and then on another hand you have articles kicked back because someone feels that they are not Politically Correct.Indeed this is problematic, as someone can criticize my country and threaten to nuke it or take out an American City, but the mention of such a reciprocation or advanced policy of pre-emption cannot be considered in an article? But why not? It is interesting also that folks can run around making derogatory comments and say others are homophobic, but if one criticizes the gay and lesbian community for some of their fringe and their shenanigans that is not politically correct and cannot be written about.Folks we have a real problem here with censorship and political correctness and it needs to stop. Those who cannot handle the realities of Earth and the realities of politics and political correctness have no business running any sort of website which can be considered as part the mainstream. Censorship kills; it kills innovation, it kills truth and it kills the potential eventuality for change and openness, which fosters truth, integrity and gets to the heart of issues so that we may re-align our society and world to fulfill the common good. Consider this in 2006.

Are You Over Worked And Under Paid? Do Yourself Justice And Start A Home Based Business!
Money makes the world go round, literally. With the cost of everything rising considerably every day, such as gas prices, insurance rates, prescription costs, and interest, everyone is looking for a way to earn more income to cover the costs of these ever-rising day-to-day living costs. On top of all that, employment just are not what they once were. Through various research and studies, it has been discovered that one person is not performing the job of three people. This is more work for one person than occurred twenty years ago. Workers work very hard for little pay, with little retribution. The average job in the corporate world requires at least sixty work hours a week, on salary with no possibility of overtime, and little stability in the position. This likely sounds just like the situation you are in, if so, you should consider a home based business, you are the perfect candidate for the home business world. Many people have found that running a home based business out of their home is an excellent way to supplement an income. There are a variety of reasons that make a home based business the choice for many people. First of all, there is little to no overhead expenses involved. For example, you will not be required to pay rental fees for an office, you will not likely need any employees, nor will you have the burden of additional utilities. Furthermore, when tax time comes you can make a great deal of deductions such as portions of your rent or mortgage payments, utilities, gasoline, car repairs or mileage, office supplies, and so much more. Many people think the mere suggestion of the above sounds like the perfect opportunity, but simply cannot afford to quit their job, which leaves them with little time to run their own business. There are still options for these potential home based business operators. The internet has seen a massive growth in the automated world of businesses. You can rely upon many things such as automated delivery of products, outsourced selling, and automated marketing. What all of this means, you could still earn a profit, run your home based business, while you work or even sleep. Many people have taken advantage of these opportunities, earn literally thousands of dollars each week, and only need to invest a few minutes weekly into their business. All these people really do is to take a few moments to view the statistics of sales and check their mail for payment. So, how does it work?Because of the modernizat

    Small Business Employee Hiring Mistakes
It probably started with the first person you hired. As a brand new small business owner, you hired your first employee without knowing exactly what role they would play, a well thought-out job description, no skills testing or resume checking, no source of funding for their pay check and no game plan for getting the best they had to give. Guess who you hired? You hired "You" for the position of business owner and every other job you're currently doing. Here's how to avoid the same small business hiring mistakes in the future.Create an Organizational StructureEvery small business must perform certain basic functions to ensure their success and profitability. Your organizational chart should reflect not the people who occupy the position but the position itself. What must be accomplished is the function you will ultimately hire an employee for.For example, if your small business uses a direct sales method to accomplish its marketing function then the chart needs a place in it for that position. Yes, someone or some system will perform the function as an employee, but the first issue is to designate the function. If the function doesn't exist don't hire someone to fill the space just because they could be good at it or you'd like to employ them. Start with spaces, not faces when you create your small business organizational structure.List the Skills You Need to HireOnce you've created an organizational chart based on the functions required for your small business to succeed and profit, than you can turn your attention to the skills required for the position. You're still not at the stage of hiring an employee. You're only at the point of listing the skills an ideal employee should possess.A common small business hiring mistake is to hire people who you like or are related to you. The idea of fully understanding the skills and aptitudes required to successfully complete the required tasks of a particular job is not always how a small business owner approaches the development of a job description. Every employee should be hired against a job description.Don't hire a person with the idea you'll fit them in. Hire the skills you need to accomplish the functions required by your small business. A good employee starts with a person who possess the basic skills you've listed.Source Funds to Compensate the PositionEvery small business function and the jobs required to complete them must be matched to a source of

    Christmas: A Catholic Holiday

The fourth reason I not to celebrate Christmas is because Christmas is a Catholic holiday. Why should I steal Christmas from the Catholics? They got it from the pagans, and I'm happy to let them keep it.

In the Fifth Century the Western Church (Roman Catholic) ordered it to be celebrated forever on the day of the old Roman feast of the birth of Sol. The holly, mistletoe, the yule log and the wassail bowl are of pre-Christian times. The Christmas tree has been traced back to the Romans. It went from Germany to Great Britain."

Encyclopedia Britannica has this to say about Christmas:

"Christmas (i.e., the Mass of Christ) was not among the earliest festivals of the church."

After Constantine became the Emperor of Rome, he forced all the pagans of his empire to be baptized into the Christian Church. Thus pagans far outnumbered true Christians.

Since the church worshiped the Lord Jesus as the Son of God, when the 25th of December rolled around and the pagans wanted to worship Tammuz, their sun-god, Constantine knew that he would have to do something. So he had the church combine the worship of Tammuz with the birthday of Christ, and a special mass was declared to keep everyone happy. Thus pagan worship was brought into the Christian church and called "Christ-mass."

Every time we say "Merry Christmas," we're actually mixing the precious and holy name of Christ with paganism. This is not right. God says in Ezekiel 20:39, "Pollute ye my holy name no more."

    The World and Christmas

That brings me to the next reason not to celebrate Christmas. Christmas is of the world, and we're commanded, "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." I John 2:15 The very fact that the world which hates Christ and His blood atonement for sin makes more fuss about Christmas than any other holiday proves to me that Christmas is not of God. If December 25th were truly the birthday of the blessed Son of God, the world would have nothing to do with it!

You don't have to be a Christian to celebrate Christmas. Even in non-Christian countries like Japan, Czechoslovakia and Russia the people celebrate Christmas.

People throughout the world, who for the most part have no awareness of the Bible or Jesus Christ, eat up the Christmas celebration. To take Christmas from the world would be harder than making peace in the middle east.

Let's face it, the world is married to the idol of Christmas. In fact, more people get drunk at Christmas than any other time of the year. There are more big parties and more selfish spending than any other season. The world loves Christmas, but it hates Christ. Doesn't that prove that it's not of God?

    Unscriptural Traditions

Another reason not to celebrate Christmas is that it's filled with unscriptural tradition. The exchanging of gifts, the Christmas tree, the singing of carols and Santa Claus are all pagan origin. These all crept into the church during or after the Fourth Century.

There are many unscriptural traditions that have cluttered up the story of the birth of our wonderful Saviour. For instance, many people believe that the wise men of East and the shepherds were together in Bethlehem at the time our Lord was born. But nothing could be further from the truth. The shepherds came to Bethlehem to see Jesus Christ at His birth. The wise men came to see Jesus Christ when He was almost two years old (Matthew 2:16).

Furthermore, the Bible says nothing about three wise men, nor does it say that they were kings. The fact is the Bible does not give their number at all but merely states that they were wise (magi) men. These men were known to understand the story written in the stars which is why Herod the king wanted to talk with them and find out why they were traveling in his land. When he found out they had seen His star in the heavens and that it signified the great King was born Herod determined to kill this new King and diligently asked when did they see His star. This is why Herod had all the male children two years and younger put to death in Bethlehem. The wise men or magi as the Bible calls them had taken more then eighteen months to prepare and make the long journey and there were many in the caravan who came to see.

Thousands of parents will teach their children the falsehood of Santa Claus. Children are taught that Santa Claus makes his home at the North Pole, and once each year he fills his sled with toys for the boys and girls who have been good throughout the year. If they are good, he brings them toys on Christmas Eve, and if they are bad, he passes them by. Is it any wonder that many times when children grow up and learn the truth, they question whether Christ is also another Christmas myth and all their lives wonder if heaven or hell will be their reward for the things they have done.

The Bible says in Colossians 3:9, "Lie not one to another,". We are commanded in Ephesians 4:25 to put "away lying," and to "every man speak truth with his neighbor."

Now I know that some of you loving mothers are saying, "Don't you think we should give the children a good time? They don't understand all the paganism
