Always try to prepare your lessons at least two weeks in advance. At our house we print out nine weeks of work and separate it into nine different folders. The folders are divided by days of the week.
For example, I want my children to read a 100 page book in two weeks. I print the entire book, divide it into 10 page segments and put those pages into the folder that is divided into 5 days. They will read ten pages of the book per day and will finish it within the time period I’ve set out. Repeat the process for your other subjects.
The folders are dated to correspond to the week of the school year. When you get to the sixth week of your folders you need to start preparing for the next nine weeks.
