    Effective Time Management: 10 Tips
Many of us remember the days when it was claimed that computers and other technological advances would give us so much more time. The reality is that all these gadgets have in many ways made it more difficult to manage our time. In the past we had letters and phone calls to respond to. Now we also have e-mails and text messages where people se

For Women: What To Do With A Man Who Is Still With You, But Keeps Leaving For Someone Else
The wandering man is a real problem for many women. A man can feel challenged by other women, afraid of how close your relationship is turning, and a man can also feel unneeded or unwanted at home. Those are top reasons, why a man is going to turn to someone else for an intimate relationship, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t get passed this sta
William Blake wrote a very apt poem as a guideline to increase one's health quotient.

    Think in the morning
    Act in the noon
    Eat in the evening
    Sleep in the night.

From a Natural Health point of view, what Blake is saying may be interpreted as:

All life operates in rhythms and we call these rhythms Circadian Cycles.

We observe and respond to many and varied cycles, both inside and outside the body.

    - Perhaps the most obvious of all cycles outside of the body are the changes in season – in exact relation to the movement of the planets.

    - Within the body - sleep, digestion and reproduction are but a few of the 100 or so circadian rhythms/cycles by which we are governed.

If we use a 24 hour clock to set our ‘body clock’ we will find that:

    THINKING
    • is best accomplished in the early hours of the day.
    • many writers, artists and musicians tell stories of waking early and producing outlines of works that have become masterpieces of the arts.
    • many teachers of esoteric learning suggest that meditation is best practised between the hours of 3 and 5 am.

    PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
    • is best done before noon.
    • this is a time of elimination and excretion from the body – activity assists in ‘squeezing’ the lymphatic system that carries waste toward the organs of elimination.

    EATING
    • should begin at noon and approximately 6 hours later.
    • this allows time for the digestive cycle to be completed.
    • it is not necessary to eat the ‘Breakfast’ meal when first rising.
    • the cycle of elimination and excretion goes on until approximately mid-day.
    • I have not eaten ‘Breakfast’ for almost 15 years now and can testify as to the efficacy of this practise.
    • most of the of the greatest naturopaths of the last 200 years taught the efficacy of the ‘No Breakfast Plan’

    SLEEP
    • is one of the most ignored cycles.

I would like to share my point of view in qualifying a quality home tutor. In my interactions with parents, students and tutors, I have gained insights into the realm of home tuition and its mechanics.Home tuition tends to cost more than group tuition, hence there is more unscrutinizing in private tutors. It's 1954. Yes, Mrs. Patricia Smith has been a good teacher today. She has remained on task and kept her Third Grade Pupils in line. But she doesn't have to work too hard at it. She weighs 200 Lbs and if she ever grabs you and shakes you, and you can see the buttons on her blouse coming at you at almost the speed of light, so much so that you en

Who in their right mind would court such a customer? But WAY too many advertisers claim to be the lowest price in town. (And remember, only one is telling the truth.)
