How Long Does it Take to Recover From Personal Bankruptcy
You're bankrupt. You're doing all the right things to improve your credit and recover from your bankruptcy (i.e., managing your money and credit well, increasing your credit scores, paying your bills early or on time, and re-establishing credit). So when does the dark cloud that's been over you since you filed bankruptcy leave? The answer is, "it depends."With some lenders, as long as your bankruptcy remains on your cred
done for me and I am blessed to have him in my life. He was kind of my therapist – whenever I binged or did any other eating disorder behaviour, I would tell him and talk with him about it and together we would figure out why I turned to my eating disorder.

If you have not told anyone about your eating disorder yet, I urge you to please do so and open up to someone you love and trust.

Name of the Game - Church (Pt 2)
If the Church is not what it ought to be; if we cannot unite in the spirit of Christian love: to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, visit the sick, care for the dying, seek the lost, then maybe it is because we are too preoccupied playing games; too busy trying to be a star, too busy raising hell. Some of us live lives of games confined to ideas and thoughts so petty, we cannot move, cannot grow. We allow ourselves to sink into the quicksand
Eating disorders don't go away on their own. They have no plans to leave unless something changes. In order for sufferers to get their eating problem under control and to successfully recover, it takes help from another person. This person may be a highly trusted person like a family member, friend, doctor, counselor, or any other specialist who is trained to help individuals struggling with eating disorders. By the way, not all specialists are the same, some are more qualified than others, so please don't make the same mistake I made and judge all of them by the one you met.

"I have treated eating disorders for 20 years and the one thing I know for sure is that no one can recover from this destructive disease alone.” – Thom Rutledge, LCSW. Psychotherapist, Author of "Embracing Fear" and Co-Author of "Life Without Ed” by Jenni Schaefer.

Myself, I thought for quite a while that I could get out of it on my own. That I could make my eating disorder go away when I just try hard enough, then I don't have to tell anyone and everything will be good again. It took me quite some time to realize that I was not able to successfully deal with my problem on my own without any help.

I went to see a therapist and I wasn't very happy with how it went. My expectations were high and I thought that when I just go to someone who is trained to help people like me, my eating disorder would magically go away. Of course it takes a lot of time and effort to overcome an eating disorder but I didn't think that way. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of only going to one therapist and I didn't get along very well with her so I never went to see any other specialist again after that. I had this thought in my head that they are all the same.

How I eventually got my eating disorder under control and managed to recover, was with opening up to my husband. He helped and supported me so much on my road to recovery and I am so grateful for everything he has done for me and I am blessed to have him in my life. He was kind of my therapist – whenever I binged or did any other eating disorder behaviour, I would tell him and talk with him about it and together we would figure out why I turned to my eating disorder.

    Buying Sunglasses and Eyeglasses Tips
Buying sunglasses for recreational purposes calls for more critical examinations and some fundamental selection criteria in the mind among others, than you would have in a normal case. The tinted lenses used must not distort color and contrast for visual clarity and they have to protect the eyes from UV radiation and the recently discovered high energy visible light. You do not want to compromise on the vision front. Do not hesitate to choose

You have struggled with your eating disorder long enough by yourself – now it is time for love, support, comfort, and the help that you deserve and need to get healthy and happy again.

I know it is hard to talk about this. I personally did not tell my mum in person what I was going through, instead, I wrote her a letter and gave it to her together with a book about how to deal with someone who struggles with an eating disorder. I was not able to tell her in person because I was ashamed, and I also knew I would break out in tears and would not be able to say everything I wanted to say. She read the letter while I was sitting next to her. She had her arm around me. I felt safe. I felt loved.

I hope you find the strength and courage in you to open up to one of your loved ones about how you are really doing. You deserve to get help and support. You deserve to be healthy. You deserve to be happy!

Please believe in yourself and stay strong. I know you can do it!
