No sense in scheduling the fitness vacation when you are out with the family who looks for every buffet possible. Then you become the outcast for doing something like exercising. If it is part of the vacation, all parties are more apt to join in and actually enjoy it. Then you do not feel guilty for eating dessert.

    The above are just some simple tips to help get some fitness on vacation. If you are near a beach, go for a walk in the sand. That is a workout all by itself. But, any of these tips can help make your vacation an enjoyable one, and one not to feel guilty on. All of this just by doing some fitness on vacation.
