Many critics and critical thinkers think that Franchising the World cannot work, but it already kind of is. Rewarding employees for superior performance makes sense, and using performance management and performance appraisals to determine merit pay seems to make sense. Do it right and it's a great idea. Do it wrong and you get all kinds of problems. Here's a way of doing it.

Meetings without agendas will be dull, slow, and ineffecient causing more of the same in order to accomplish anything. The agenda keeps progress moving forward, helps participants prepare, and creates a sense of mission.
