A few years ago, one of my business partners and I took on a client that had been referred to us by one of our favorite clients. We thought that was enough of a reason to take on this new client. Even though we both had an uneasy feeling after our first meeting. Even though we weren't sure this new client really understood and appreciated what we had to offer, we chose to take him on as a client because he had been referred.
