    3. If they are members of the same club or program as you, and cross promotion is permitted, again no problem.

    IMPORTANT:

    It is imperative to avoid SPAMMING that you include a DISCLAIMER CLAUSE at the foot of every email you send out. (Safelist advertising has its own so no need for one there).

    The Disclaimer Clause should say something to the effect:

    DISCLAIMER: This email cannot be considered SPAM as you have previously requested information from me.

    DISCLAIMER: This e-mail is sent in compliance with strict anti-abuse and NO SPAM regulations. Your address was collected as a result of either posting to a link, a free classified ad, or you have sent me your business proposition by e-mail in the past.     You may like to categorize your Email list, to relate it to your own lists. I have several different lists, I always categorize the list.
