    Your Common Hair Problems, Solved
Everybody has had it, the notorious bad hair day. Frizzy, greasy, or limp hair are some of the major offenders that can afflict you anytime of year. One day your hair looks great, and then you think of trying a new look. It's probably a perm or color; or perhaps just a new way of setting your tresses. Before you know it, you're having a big bad hair day, or maybe, even a bad hair week, month or season! When you have a bad hair day it will not just ruin your outfit for the day, it could make you extremely self conscious. While some hair problems come from the weather conditions others are our own making. But, no matter how distressing, hair disasters aren't really something you have got to live with. Whenever something goes wrong, remember there's always a way to fix it. Granted it's not always a quick and easy one, thank God, there is a way, anyway. The worst tragedy of all, of course, is the terrible cut you think you have outgrown.Whatever the states of affairs, professionals agree than you can improve your hair, if you get control over a few things. Once special piece of advice here is if your problem is excessive hair loss, you will have to consult a dermatologist. Remember, hormonal changes, diet and medications can cause hair loss. Research has shown that women, who feel their hair looks good, are more confident. In fact, they are known to succeed more in life since they behave with confidence. Bearing this in mind, we offer ways and means to set right the most common and vexatious hair problems that all women encounter at one point of time or other.Whether you suffer from rapidly thinning hair or excessive hair growth, women with hair problems often find themselves tangled in a lot of emotional distress. Fortunately, for such w

    Fundamentals of Option Pricing
When one begins to consider an option, it is very important to figure out how the premium is calculated. Option premiums depend on a variety of factors including the time left to expiry as well as the price of the underlying security. There are two parts to an option premium: intrinsic value and time value. Consequently, several different factors have an influence on intrinsic and time value.Intrinsic ValueIntrinsic value is the difference between the market price of the underlying shares at any given moment in time and the exercise price of the option. The following are a couple of examples for call and put options.Call OptionsFor example, say MicroCeuticals (MC) April $25.00 call options are trading at a premium of $6.00 and MC shares are trading at $30.00 per share, the option has $5.00 intrinsic value. The latter is true because the option taker has the right to purchase the shares for $25.00, which is $5.00 lower than the market price. Such options, which have intrinsic value, are said to be 'in-the-money'. In this example, the remaining $1.00 of the premium is time value ($6.00 - $5.00).If the shares of MC were trading at $23.00, intrinsic value would effectively be zero because the $25.00 call option contract would only enable the taker to purchase the shares for $25.00 per share, which is $2.00 higher than the market price. When the share price is less than the exercise price of the call option, the option is considered to be 'out-of-the-money'.It is important to remember that call options convey to the taker the right, but NOT the obligation to purchase the underlying shares. If the share price is below the exercise price, then it is probably better to purchase the shares on the
Let’s talk about momentum. My momentum, right now, is pretty much limited to my momentum (that part Dr. Oz so graphically demonstrated on Oprah) which has been hanging around for some time now on the front of my body (no, it’s not breasts, or sex organs, it’s what comes below them balls). As the King of Vacillation, I have slowed down my momentum so much, I’m looking behind me to see where it is.

When you’re young, you have a certain amount of natural momentum, unless you gave up long ago, done in by childhood crimes and misdemeanors or have gotten stuck in some youthful addiction. Everything, your whole life, is before you. If you’re smart and lucky, you’re filled with energy, filled with hope of what the future may hold. If you’re really smart and lucky, you have people behind you who are gently pushing you to become “all that you can be.” No, not the Army (at least not necessarily), but your “support system” which is sometimes your family, sometimes your friends, sometimes a “significant” other of various teaming up options. Then, of course, you have yourself, pushing you and pulling you in and out of directions, unless you’re one of the ones who’ve decided and are going in the direction of your decision. (Got that?)

When you’re young, you are asked “What do you want to be when you grow up?” This, in itself, is a misnomer because the “be” word is misplacing the word that would be more accurate, the “do” word. Being and doing have become totally synonymous with each other, usually referring to what line of work or career you choose to go into. No one thinks “I’m going to be kind” or “I’m going to be loving” or “I’m going to be happy” when they are asked that childhood question. Right there, the wires begin to get crossed. The line between being and doing become entertwined, so that your identity is all wrapped up in your doingness, no matter what you are doing or not doing. I suppose this is one way of creating momentum in a world that needs employees, that needs workers, that needs inventors, that needs bosses, that needs to keep the machine of commerce going, going, going. This is indeed momentum. Going, going, going, doing, doing, doing, busy, busy, busy. People get so caught up in the momentum of their lives, if they find they’re on a path that isn’t bringing them the state of being they desire, it takes an act of extreme strength to get out of that momentum and start at the beginning of another path with no momentum. Depending upon how much schooling, training, houses, kids, furniture, pets, whatever amount of energy it took to get going on that first path and depending on how far along you’ve gone, is how difficult it is to “stop that train” and get on another track. Sometimes we get stuck in our own momentum and then, blame , before we know it our life is coming up to the hill (the one, if we live long enough, we all have to go over) of becoming middle aged, elderly, getting older, becoming a senior citizen, retiring, the majority of years and life behind us. But, if you live long enough to have to learn to slow down due to age-related realities, but you’re not quite where you want or need to be, you’ve got to somehow get it back - that momentum, that spark, that enthusiasm, desire and action to create that which you have not yet created. Funny Interview Questions
Job Interview is generally a set of questions asked by the interviewer to test the ability of a candidate, his/her knowledge and personality. It is the employer’s way of assessing prospective candidates, to find if they are good enough for the job for which the company is recruiting. During the interview process the interview will ask different types of questions to know more about the candidate. In most of the companies the interview questions is divided into different types.Job interview questions differ according to the work structure of a company. But most of the job interview questions asked by the companies are related to the three categories. In the first set, the interview asks about the candidate’s family background, education, and interests. The second set comes with question meant to assess the technical knowledge of the candidate. While the last is to judge the candidate’s personality – his/her nature, decision making capacity, ideology, and ability to solve problems. But some interview boards also ask a few funny interview questions to the candidate. This is a tricky method to check the candidate’s reaction. Many candidates don’t know how to answer a funny interview question. Hearing a funny interview question some candidates get irritated. What is there in getting irritated hearing a funny interview question? The candidates have to know that these questions are meant to check the psychological structure of the candidate. There is nothing to get panic or irritated hearing funny interview questions. Just answer the funny interview questions as other technical questions in a simply way.By asking funny interview questions the interviewer is trying to test the nerve of the candidate. Home Business – Diversifying Your Income With A Network Marketing Business
Although many people who I talk to have a love hate feeling toward Network Marketing I have found that some have formed negative opinions about the industry because it didn't work for them. The reasons were many but the main theme to the negative feeling was that people were led to believe that they would be making money right away. That is rarely the case. Network Marketing, like any other business idea takes time to grow. The main difference from starting a traditional business, Network Marketing business is cost. Network Marketing is a whole lot cheaper and less risky to start and run.Let me ask you a question...When someone is pitching an opportunity to you (an opportunity that can generate you a lot of money) do you reckon they would give you the complete story? Or might they leave certain details out, details that may involve, sweat, effort and a lot of work. And of course why would they leave out these details? Well because creating a business that produces a great income takes some work. So to keep from losing sales they'll typically avoid statements that may imply work with their opportunity. They don't want to exclude the lazy and ignorant from their sales pitch. Thus be certain to learn what their business plan consists of before becoming involved. The business of Network Marketing is becoming more popular as companies rush to downsize to become more competitive. Families are realizing that with so much uncertainty in the job market that they need a way to diversify their income without having to leave the home and family responsibilities to pursue an extra paycheck. Along with the rise in demand for home-based business opportunities scams have also become more plentiful requiring the

But, my style of life planning was the “wing and a prayer” format, and it worked out quite well for me until…. Well, until it didn’t, basically. Or, somehow I lost my “faith” in that which hadn’t appeared yet as ever going to appear. So, I want to know, what’s a person to do whose basically lost their momentum or is discontented with the momentum they’re riding? So, let’s see here, what’s that law of physics, I believe it’s called the “Law of Momentum”. No, that’s not right, but it’s something like that, and since that’s our subject, I’ll let it float by until the right name pops up (I do allow pop-ups in my brain). It goes something like this: “A moving object will continue to move in a straight direction unless acted on by another object or force, and an object at rest will tend to stay at rest unless moved by another object or force.” (All you physicists out there may be appalled by my paraphrasing.) But, nevertheless, it is a law of physics, which as such is a law of the physical world. What I’m interested in, always have been, always will be (an absolute statement, a no no), is how does this law play out in the “meta” physical world, (herein defined as the forces (not the objects) that have an effect on the physical world. According to quantum physics (and it’s PR tape “The Secret”) the physical life we live and experience is governed by the thoughts, expectations, desires, actions and demands we put out into the Universe (not to mention what’s down in the basement – the subconscious), determining thereby what comes back to us. In this way, we all have momentum, I guess, but is it a momentum that actually brings things in, or just allows us to go on hoping and wishing, or possibly praying? In other words, are we getting what we want delivered from the “catalog of the Universe”, or are we just looking longingly out at the mailbox, hoping for a delivery but never actually getting the one we profess to want?

For me, this is the essence of momentum and the question behind this article, which question is: “Once you lose momentum or choose to change the direction of your momentum, what’s the best way, the most effective way, of creating new momentum, creating new results where there have been little results in the past? How much energy is required to “build up a good head of steam.” Isn’t this where most people lose it? Trying to get somewhere but not quite succeeding?

Say you even have the dreaded “negative momentum” built up, you’ve been berating yourself, telling yourself you’re not good enough, you couldn’t possibly be rich or successful or have plenty of time, plenty of money, plenty of love, plenty of excitement in your life, young or old. Say you’ve been erroneously led to believe that you’re “beingness” is somehow basically flawed, you’re just never going to amount to anything, you’re not fantastically handsome or beautiful, you’ve got a zit on your forehead the size of an M&M, you’re too fat, too stupid, too lazy, too female, too horny, too much of a drinker, smoker, eater, TV watcher, shopper, too young, too old, too whatever. You get the point. Somehow, you just don’t measure up. You’ve got negative momentum, because you’ve got a negative self image. You’ve bought the program, and you
