Does it just look so effortless to those that you look up to? Like it's just a raw talent that they have? A natural charisma that they posses?

This is so true in any hard earned endeavor. Talent can only take some people so far. Skill is something you work on day in and day out. People who seem to do network marketing so effortlessly have paid the price and continue to pay the price day in day out. Whether you see it or not.

As an example I see people who are making 100k a year..or 100k a month..or even 100k a week in network marketing. I have one of each type of person in my cell phone. I personally know that each one of these individuals continue on a daily basis doing the same things at 100k a week that they did to get to 100k a year.

You don't see body builders who work years to get in fantastic shape and then at their peak just quit working out and figure they will maintain that incredible body type do you? (Or worse yet compalain because they don't still have it!)

So what can you do?

Stay the course. You're on track to learn the lessons that you're supposed to learn. Quit blaiming, quit pointing the finger and look in the mirror at who's responsible.

Read 10 pages every night of a book about network marketing as an example (Or relationship building, communication or personal development). Write it down, then Actually apply one of the lessons the following day.

Listen to at least a half hour of of whatever topic you're wanting to overcome a day in your car, write the lesson down and actually apply one of the lessons that day or the following day.

Even if out of both of those activities you only got ONE good idea a day or a week that you apply and practice you'll continue to add new tools to your network marketing business and improve your ability to connect with people.

Connecting with people=more fulfillment in life and probably more income.

Continue to work on your skills in your business and give yourself time to apply the lessons. Skill takes application, time and hard work but offers huge rewards in the end.
