Bankruptcy - It Is Not The End, But A New Beginning
If you are drowned into a pool of debts and are left with nothing, it is quite certain that you file for bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is the situation in which a person owing multiple debts knocks the doors of court so as to relieve himself from this burden. There are many reasons, which make a person file for bankruptcy like severe loss or failure in business, medical bills, credit card bills and other due payments. The multiplicity of these debts brings an individual on the verge of bankruptcy. There are few things that need to be kept in mind before filing for bankruptcy. Not all your debts will be discharged. Debts such as child support, alimony payments, public policy and any other court related debt is non-dischargeable. If your debts are r
ime frame, there is no solid commitment and no sense of urgency. If you want to lose 5kg, when do you want to lose it by? Just floating through the "OH WHENEVER" is not enough. But if you set it within a timeframe, a specific date, then you've set your unconscious mind into motion to begin working on the goal.

When do you want to accomplish each goal? Date: Month: Year: Time:
When do you want to achieve you long term goal? Date: Month: Year: Time:

Now that you have identified you SMART goals, why not commit and take action.

Grooming: Take Care of the Details
When people think about image, they think fashion, style, what’s in, what’s out. The truth is, image is not only about fashion. It’s about clothing, grooming, verbal and non-verbal communication – and how these parts can be put together to communicate your intention clearly. Since you are likely to receive news about fashion trends from magazines and TV shows, I will share with you in this article grooming tips instead, specifically for the face and head - details that people may not think too much about, but do affect your image greatly. Many little details put together become a general picture about a person – whether a person is powerful, wealthy, sexy, spiritual, or not.Let’s start with the nose. Make sure the nostrils are clean before you s
A goal without a date is just a wish and an unfulfilled wish is nothing more than the bitter memory of regret. So how do we move from ideas to action? How do we set realistic achievable time-frames against our goals?

Simple, by focusing on what we want and where we want to be we can easily employ the strategy of owing a SMART Goal. Owning a SMART goal means you are empowered to take action, not just any action, action that is directly related to the outcome of the result you want to achieve. Actions that measure success with results that move you forward each day.

SMART can be applied to all goals. The SMART acronym has various different interpretations but they all apply the same meaning. Goals should be SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ACHIEVEABLE, REALISTIC AND TIME-FRAMED.

Think about your DETOX goal(s). Is your goal

    Specific:
Your DETOX goals need to be specific, a specific goal has much more chance of being achieved than a general goal.

    • Who: Who will be involved in your goal?
    • What: What do you want to accomplish?
    • Where: Where do you want to achieve this goal?
    • When: Establish a time frame. Month/Day/Year and time.
    • Why: Specific reasons, purpose or benefits of accomplishing the goal.

    Measurable:
When you measure your progress against each goal you stay focused. This action helps keep you on track. Your results can be used to measure your current progress against your target dates and to motivate you as you experience the exhilaration of achieving each goal.

    • How will you measure your progress?
    • How will you know you have achieved your goal?
    • How will you know when you have strayed or lost focus?

    Achievable:
If your goals are important enough, you will figure out ways you can make them come true. You may need to adjust and develop your personal attributes such as attitudes, beliefs, values, abilities, skills, and your financial commitment to reach them. Any success you have had in the past can be applied to new opportunities and successful results can be used to feed you forward.

You can achieve almost any goal you set your mind too, provided you have prepared, planned and negotiated your steps wisely and allowed sufficient and realistic time-frames to carry out those steps.

    • What beliefs and values will you need to adopt to achieve your goal?
    • What skills and attributes will you need to adopt?
    • What resources will you need? (Time, skills, money, knowledge, education...)

    Realistic:
To be realistic, a goal must be geared towards a purpose for which you are motivated, committed and passionate to work. A goal must be challenging and realistic. Ensure your short term goals generate substantial results towards achievement of your long term goal.
If you are not achieving your short term goals you will move further away from your long term goals. An easy goal will result in loss of interest, yet a challenging goal will result in a higher motivational force. Who cares if nobody else believes you can achieve your goal, what matters is that you truly believe that you can accomplish your goal.
    • What have you accomplished in the past?
    • What environment needs to exist to accomplish this goal?
    • How realistic are you time-frames?
    • How achievable are your short term goals?

    Debt Control & Management
You must be responsible for your own debts. Each lender bases the credit they extend to you on your credit rating and past history of on-time payments. Personal finance budgeting can help you maintain your good credit rating and always have money to pay your bills. Without personal financial budgeting, it is difficult to keep track of where your money is going. And you must stick to the budget you create. This is realistic debt management. Credit cards can be a problem. If you have too many to manage, then you will be in financial difficulty. The ideal use of credit cards in credit control is to pay the full amount when the bill is due. That way, you are not using your credit cards to pay your monthly budget bills.Sometimes people use their cred

Are You As Safe As You Think
How safe is your neighborhood? Do you still leave your doors unlocked at night? Maybe if you live in the country where everybody knows their neighbors its ok. My wife, Lara, grew up in the country in a little town called Tarrs, PA. It's outside Pittsburgh near where flight 93 went down. Gosh, much has changed over the years. The door was only ever locked when the whole family went to church on Sunday. In a house with 8 kids someone was always coming or going. None of her brothers or sisters even remembers having a key to that front door. Her parents' house was never broken into until about 3 years ago when some local hoodlums broke in after school to steal beer out of her dad's basement fridge. Right away, everyone knew whodunit. The kids got a stern r

Click Fraud, Does It Really Matter That Much?
This may be a controversial opinion that I am about to offer but I firmly believe that the doom and gloom predictions, that some commentators have offered, regarding the effects that click fraud will have on Search Engine advertising are completely wrong and are totally out of context! Don’t get me wrong, I have no time for the people who perpetrate click fraud, it is clearly an odious practice that needs to be stamped upon and hard because, at its basic level, ultimately it is theft, while at a business level it amounts to industrial sabotage! One of the major contributors to the recent frenzy regarding click fraud has been the report, by on online research company Outsell. Self Image Visualization
Your self image is the way you see yourself in your imagination. Your self image is very powerful. Every action and decision you make is controlled and operated by your self image. It acts as a self fulfilling prophecy.

Setting your self-image up for success
Take a few moments to relax and breathe deeply. Focus on your breathing, slow and deep. As begin to relax, focus on any areas of your body that may be tense, relax, and allow your subconscious to unleash your imagination.
Now, imagine seeing yourself looking at yourself in the mirror. See yourself standing in front of you. This is the most outstanding you that you can imagine - your detoxed, healthy, slimmer you.
Take a minute to feel perfectly content with your new self. Look at the way the new you stands, breathes, smiles, walks and talks. Look at how you handle challenges and go for goals.
Now, step into the new you. See through the eyes of the new you, hear through the ears of the new you, and feel how it feels so good to live your life as the new detoxed, healthy, slimmer you.
Take a minute to dream about how your life will be different as you live more and more from this new, detoxed, healthy, slimmer you.
And, in your own time, begin coming back to the room, revitalized.
