Begin to notice when you are starting to shift your emotions into the negative realm, and immediately shift your thinking toward more positive things. Keeping yourself in a positive emotional state is a necessary step when it comes to the law of attraction and attracting those things into your life that allows you to sustain those positive emtions. Work at it, and with time, it will become much, much easier. I guess that is the irony, at first when we need it the most, it is the most difficult. Over time as we get better at it and it becomes natural, it is much easier. The first steps are always the hardest, but work at it none the less, and in no time at all you will begin to see amazing results in your life.
