That is why I need my own coach(s). My knowledge does not save me in anyway. It helps other people immensely, but I need help to actually USE these processes and not get stuck myself! So what emotion mainly holds me back from action? Underneath it all is irrational fear and anxiety. When I feel those emotions I pull back and sink into the fear – which really bothers me so then I look for relief through distraction. Meanwhile, my “to-do” list grows to cartoonish proportions so the anxiety grows underneath the surface. It’s a sick cycle. Can you relate at all?
