    What Is Refinancing?
Refinancing is a way to save money and take advantage of the low interest rates. Specifically it is the process of taking out a new mortgage, and using the money to close out or pay off a current mortgage. If you refinance with a lower interest rate you'll reduce your monthly mortgage payment even if your new mortgage is for the same amount as your current mortgage. Obtaining a new mortgage involves costs of its own. In deciding whether or not to refinance you need to compare the savings of a lower monthly payment against the costs of refinancing.Traditionally, the rule-of-thumb that's cited is that the interest rate for your new mortgage should be about 2 percentage points below the rate of your current mortgage. Vibrational Energy Conservation Strategies and Theory For Aviation Discussed
Theoretical aviation strategies can get to be rather interesting to contemplate, even more so when you throw into the mixture a little future science with regards to vibrational energy conservation. Hello, my name is Lance Winslow and I am the Online Think Tank Coordinator and it gets pretty crazy around here as we challenge the experts and make them think. You see harmonics done correctly and in a calculated way can be a benefit rather than a disaster waiting to happen. That is to say what crashed the first "Comets" Airliners crash. Could the harmonic resonance be used to convert water, to boiling water to steam? It could be converted to the proper frequency to boil water or to excite Helium or what ever in a tank that was lightweight avi
The words in the left hand column are typically associated with the "left brain thinking," and the words in the right hand column are typically associated with "right brain thinking." These are simple generalizations, designed to get you thinking about the habitual thinking patterns you use to approach your work. The more integrated we are - the more we access and use the elements associated with both sides of this list in any given situation - the more effective we can be at generating elegant solutions and creating new systems. Most individuals and most organizations lean more toward one side or the other. Certainly, in our culture most organizational systems use more "left brain" approaches and would benefit greatly by balancing out their methods.

I've developed a short quiz to help you determine your most common brain usage. Quickly scan the list for the words that apply to you in your work. Don’t think about it or try to figure it out—go by initial gut instinct. Keep track of how many words in each column describe your own. You don't have to choose between the 2 columns - just check off each word that resonates with you as part of your own process, even if they seem opposite. For example, you may find you already use both detailed and big picture thinking in your work. If so, check both.

    Gentlemen Prefer Blogs
According to a recent survey, gentlemen prefer blogs to the tune of 75 percent; roughly 25 percent of blog frequenters are female. But I want to invite all you ladies to invade the male space. What exactly is a blog? Well, it is an online journal or tabla rasa in the Internet zone where average people can post articles and comments, expostulate, and generally schmooze about topics ranging from food to politics. It is also a retaliation against what bloggers call MSM; you know, mainstream media, such as CNN, Fox News, and the New York Times. The argument is that MSM is controlled by corporations and other insiders; the blog provides the opportunity for the little guys, or gals, to make their otherwise inaudible opinions known.I stumb

Or would you think of something else? The flirtatious smile you caught on the bus on your way here... And how it infused you with a new sense of your
