When prospecting I ask questions to know what personality they are so that I can better understand their motivation for wanting to get started in a home based business. Later on I can better develop them as an individual so that I can work with their strengths and develop their weaknesses. These 4 personality types ARE the secret that have probably been eluding you when working with prospects and your team. We're in the people business and people buy people not products or services.
