    Why? In my opinion, that entire industry is off the mark. Meaning I do not know why they exist if they do not work to fill my needs.

    I found out that phone companies and their manufacturing vendors do not offer routine upgrades to their software. It seems when you experience a problem the fix ALWAYS turns out to be "You need to upgrade to next higher version of software and that will fix the problem." Guess what. The software cost as much as it did or more than when it was installed.

    Also, the phone companies do not let their customers know of issues or free upgrades. However, they will pick up the phone and invite you to see their latest product.

    Enough of that.
