Again, you want to cultivate the ability to readily establish your similarities with individuals on a one-on-one level if you hope to be able to do so with an entire audience.
Another way you can cultivate your connectivity is by being sure that your language and tone are always positive and empathetic. People want to know that they are being heard and understood. The want to feel uplifted and like they are in a better mood for having spoken with you. Always try to exhibit a positive, spirited aura about yourself.
