If the product isn't good, or that good, or already fantastic you have a few choices.
1. Tell your visitors/customers the truth. Some will buy it anyway for other reasons. Most will thank you for your honesty, and trust you further when you can honestly recommend a product to them.
2. See if there's something missing from that product, create it, and use it as a bonus, stating, "I found this product to be great for this, but lacking here "_____", so I am offering this report/audio/video/whatever I created/(
