Thomas Hobbles
The English philosopher Thomas Hobbes (1588-1679) is best known for his political thought. He had quite an original vision of the world, but it is absolutely up-to-date for the contemporary politics. His works were mostly about such social and political problems like: how to build the world, where all people are living in peace, with no danger of civil conflicts. His own biography was influenced by the political events in England and Scotland during his life. His uncle was rather wealthy and he had the chance to enter the circles of King, Members of the Parliament. He even had to leave the country when the Civil Wars of 1642-46 and 1648-51, after which a republic was declared. Hobbes lived in the hardest times England had to face and his greatest fear was that of social and political chaos.
