How Decisions Create Personal Grit
Decisions are a funny thing, once you make them they seem to take on a life of their own.
A great example of this is when I was around 17 when I finally decided that my part time position as a warehouse assistant was not really the career path I had in mind. It was a role that I sort of fell into as a last resort after dropping out of further education and not something that held any real interest for me.

There is a certain way in which you can eliminate all of your internal self debate. I don't care what you want, by using this method you'll eliminate your internal debate every time. There will be no more thinking it over, compromise, doubt, coulda, shoulda or if I'd only's. When you put this into practice the decision is made, and you no longer have to waste energy making up your mind.

March Forth!
I love the date of March Fourth. It symbolizes to me a command, an invitation, a rite of passage into spring, a time to check in on and renew goals and dreams and march ahead into life and creating the destiny you envision. March Forth!

Work Twice as Hard, Enjoy It More, Exhausted Less
True or false?
• Long hours are the inevitable sacrifice of business people
• The higher up the ladder, the harder the work
• Lazy people earn less
• Relationships thrive on devotion
• Self development leads to peace of mind.

What is My Purpose?
Perhaps you have a talent, a skill you might have not yet uncovered, or may have yet to develop. Maybe you are a good at teaching, or have exceptional analytical skills… whatever your gifts are, we all have a blueprint inside us, a desirable course we should take, something each individual must pursue.
