Bad management has so many, and far reaching consequences. Jenny woke tired. Her business was growing and the hours she was putting in demanded more and more of her time. She raised her head from the pillow, stumbled out of her now empty bed, and went to the kitchen. Still half asleep she put the kettle on for her morning cuppa and slowly walked to the bathroom. There on the floor were yesterday's clothes. She'd barely had the energy to slip from her work gear and climb into the bath to sip her chardonnay before bed, let alone pack her clothes away tidily.

Don’t you feel special when somebody remembers you? A call from an old friend or tap from the back from your favorite cousin. The feeling of delight spurs in the air, right? What more if you receive a greeting card, wouldn’t you be ecstatic? Then how about sending that delight to your loved ones. In the past you may have to walk through you nearest shop to pick up those greeting cards. Now you just have to go online, browse, few clicks here and there then it’s on its way!

I did everything possible to save our relationship. I gave in a lot, but I could not save. We will be breaking-up soon. That has already broken my heart. This relationship was made brick by brick over so many years. What all we did not do to make it last? But alas, we are breaking -up.

Being in love and running a business don't have to be mutually exclusive. Both endeavors are hard work, and if you forget that point, you can lose one or the other in a flash. Here are some things I've learned through the school of hard knocks that's helping me maintain this relationship, as well as run a business, without losing either.

We often talk a lot about women-scams. These ladies meet men in the Internet and start telling they are absolutely empty and need so much!… Mother is gonna have an operation, father needs a new wheelchair, sister cannot continue her education and brother is desperate to start his own busyness (of course in a year it is going to grow up and you are certain to have your interests, trust her!), and she… she is modest and needs nothing, perhaps, except... payment for using Internet, translator service, visa, plain ticket...

In a good relationship, we pay compliments to each other all the time. We love receiving positive feedback and try to go out of our way to let our partner know how happy we are to be with them. But verbal remarks fade so quickly. Make them last by putting them in writing where they can be revisited later to re-trigger their positive response.
