Cuddling is an essential part of love. It keeps the freshness of love. Cuddle each other whenever together. That is the posture of collapse into old age. The potbelly on so many men is the true reflection, not of old age, but of collapse of the vitality of youth, the surrender to gravity. To overcome it, is simply a habit of youthfulness.
